after all the planning, purchasing and permitting, we are ready to open our doors for you! even though we had a business plan and all the tools to guide us, i kept changing or tweaking the vision - my words, not theirs!

this morning as we walked through the property with the inspector, we both had a smile and i knew 701 was ready for you. the glasses are polished and the wines chilled and we are eager to get this show on the road!

on a personal note mom got discharged from the hospital today and the world seemed just a little bit brighter!!
